上顎洞内に遊離骨片を有した臭鼻症症例

　緒言

　上顎洞内に遊離骨片の存在することのあるのは以前より報告せられてゐるが，之等は多くは慢性上顎洞炎を伴い之が手術時に偶然に発見せられたものである。私は今回臭鼻症手術時に上顎洞内に遊離骨片を有する症例に遭遇したので茲に御報告し文献に資せんと思う。

IMAI reports a finding of 4 bony spicular protuberances in maxillary sinus which was reveialed at the time of operation. Microscopic examination of these bones showed that they were viable and the author considers them as exostosis.
