左側上顎洞内に発生せるNeurinomの1症例

　緒言

　上顎洞に発生する良性腫瘍としては，線維腫，乳頭腫，血管腫，骨腫，軟骨腫，また，いわゆる血瘤腫等があげられているが，神経腫，殊に1908年Verocayが提唱したNeurinoinの上顎洞に於ける発生は極めて稀とされている。私達は最近，左側上顎洞内の巨大なNeurinomの1例を経験したので，ここに報告する。

Hashimoto and asoiciates report a case of neurinoma of the maxillary cavity that lay dormant for 13 years without symptoms except for the swelling of the cheek. With clinical diagnosis of sarcoma the patient was operated upon; the growth proved to be neurinoma.
