咽頭結核症に対するストレプトマイシンの効果

緒言

　最近私は自覚症状尠く，両側扁桃上窩にのみ潰瘍を形成した咽頭結核の1患者に，ストレプトマイシン20瓦，及びパスを使用し，臨牀的には全く治癒したが，病理組織的にはなお結核の像を著明に認めた例を経験したので，報告する．

　NONAKA reports a case of pharyngeal tuberculosis in which the lesions were manifested at the upper pole of both tonasillar fossae. The patient made a complete recvery when 20 grams of dihydrostreptomycin were administered in the corre ponding pericd. This recovery is confirmed with microscopic tissue examination the specimen for which had been obtained by b:op y.
