　I．緒言

　ペニシリン，ストレプトマイシン，其の他の抗生剤の注射によるショック或いは過敏症例は最近しばしば耳にするところであるが，私共は最近，上顎洞内SM注入，並びにSMネブライザーにより惹起されたと考えられるSM過敏症を3例経験したので報告する。

Three cases of what might be considered as streptomycin sensitivity are reported.

The first case developed fever and dyspnea 3 hours after an instillation of 0.5gm of stre-ptomycin into tho maxillay sinus ; an X-ray examination of the chest revealed a pictures imilar to miliary tuberculosis.

The second cases developed a situation whe-re, after the 15th nebulization treatment which was given consecutively, entering the room where such treatment were administered the patient immediately sensed a feeling of suffocation and an attack of coughing.

The third case suddenly complained of cou-ghing and nausea on the 18th nebulization tre-atment with streptomycin ; the face became injected and later developed exanthema over the face, chest and the upper arms. Nebu-lization agent was changed to penicillin with-out any adverse effects.
