乳幼児中耳結核症例

　序

　乳幼児中耳結核症の頻度は佐藤重一教授によれば乳幼児慢性中耳炎の1/4を占めている．即ちその発生頻度はかなり高率である．しかし臨牀所見のみで中耳結核と断定することは概ね至難であり且又菌検索及び組織学的検査等を施行しても結核症と確定することが難かしい症例が多い．吾々は病歴，臨床症状より中耳結核症と診断し手術の際に摘出した腐骨の組織学的所見から中耳結核症と確診した1例を茲に報告する．

　ABE and Associates report a case of tuberculous otitis media in a male infant aged 3. The patient was consulted for a fistula behind the left ear. A radical mastoidectomy was performed by extending the procedure to the tip of the petrous pyramid where a small bony sequestra was found and removed. Microscopic examination showed this sequestrazation to be a tuberculin involvement.
