乳幼児中耳炎が男児に多い理由についての一考察

　急性中耳炎が乳幼児に多い事は，一般に知られている。特にその中で男児に多いと言う事実については，吾国では石原，宮山の報告がある。私も同様の統計結果を得たのであるが，更に呼吸器急性炎症の統計をとつて見ると，同じ様な傾向が見られる事が分つた。そこで中耳炎に於けるこの差は，結局，男児と女児とでは，呼吸器炎症に対して，素因的に相違がある為に，二次的に生じるのではないかと考えられるので，ここに報告して御批判を仰ぎたいと思う。
