口腔内に穿孔した上顎洞膿嚢腫症例

　緒言

　副鼻腔の粘液嚢腫並に膿嚢腫の中，前顎洞或は篩骨洞のものは，相当多くの症例報告を見るが，上顎洞或は楔状洞に単独に発生した真正のものの報告は，所謂術後性頬部嚢腫（久保教授）を除外すれば極めて少い．

　本邦に於て報告されているものは，河野，羽田野一松国，高島，小山田，後藤（修），森鼻，里村等の諸氏によるもの数例に過ぎない．

FUJINO reports a case of pus cyst of the maxil-lary sinus which eroded through the floor of the la-tter structure into the oral cavity. That the cyst was that of retention type one and had originated from the maxillary sinus was assertained from the result of roentgen examination, direct observations at the time of operation and pathological eicaminatio-ns. Reports dealing with mucous cyst or purulent mucous cyst of maxillary sinus in the literature were found to be very few in number.
