耳性小腦膿瘍剖檢例

　緒言

　耳性小脳膿瘍は從來側頭葉膿瘍に比し症例少く且治癒し難しと云われている．その症状はパテニーの説える偏示現象又ノイマンの主唱する自発眼球振盪等色々あるが，屡々観過され詳細なる試驗を行う時間がなく，直ちに潜伏期から最危險期に移行し，手術が遅れて不幸なる帰轉をとることが多い．我々は最近かくの如き不快なる耳性小脳膿瘍の剖檢例を得たので報告し，諸兄の御批評を乞う次第である．

Ogusa and Hiroto report results of necropsy of a case in whom the patient died op cerebellar abcesi which developed insiduously as a com-plication of cholesteatomatous otitis media of the right ear.

With apprehensions of intacranial abcess diagnostic punctures of cranial cavity were performed on several occasions but no pus could be withdrawn. The patient died 3 days after radical mastoidectomy had been effected. At post mortem examination an abcess on the right cerebellar hemiiphere was found on its superior lateral surface.
