小腦膿瘍並に化膿性腦膜炎を合併せる耳性脈竇血栓例

　私は最近小腦膿瘍並に化膿性腦膜炎を併發せる耳性靜脈竇血栓の1例を經驗したのでその概略を述べる．

Authors repart a case, an unattended chron-ic otitis media of a boy, 19 yrs, of age, that led to manifestations of nystagmus with other pathological reflexes and cerebellar abcess, Radi-cal mastoidietomy was performed but the patie-nt succumbed to meimigitis. At necropsy, a well developed cyst composing of niscous material and walled off by conncective tissue capsule was found in the left cerebellar heimsphere. Micros-copically, the area surrounding the capsule sho-wed infiltrations of fatty globules and lympho-cytes, but of no leucocytes.
