喉頭結核患者の血清酸化商に就て

　緒言

　喉頭結核症に關する研究の一環として，生體の新陳代謝状況を知る事は，極めて重要な事であつて，其の障害程度は病機と密接なる關係を有し，治療上大なる指針となり得る事は言を俟たない所である．

　H. muller^1）が1926年尿酸化商を測定し，此によつて生體内の酸化過程を窺知する事が出來ると唱道してから種々實驗的研究が行はれたが，結核症に對尿酸化商の測定は少く，僅かに黒田^2）・南波^3）等の肺結核患者の實驗に見るのみである．

Coefficient of oxidation in the serum of pati-ents with laryngeal tuberculosis was dertermined acording to W. Roman method. The value was found to be definetly increased beyond that of a normal person and progressively increased with the advancement of the disease.
