稀有なる經過をとりしワンサン氏アンギーナの1例

　緒言

　御承知の樣にワンサン氏アンギナーは普通亞急性に經過し，自・他覺的徴候も一般に輕度でサルバルサン治療に係つて容易に治癒に趣くのでありますが，時折白血病其の他の全身疾患の合併により次第に増惡，稀には死亡の轉歸をとつた症例さえ報告されて居ります．

　私は最近可成てこらずらされたワンサン氏アンギーナの1例に遭遇致しましたので，茲に杜撰乍ら其概要を報告し大方の御示教を乞はんとする次第であります．

Patient, woman age 44, was found afflicted with Vincent's Angina, streptococus mucosus ton-sillitis and tuberculous, cervical lymphaadenopa-thy. With pareuteral administration of salvarsan the presence of spindle-shaped bacilli, strepto-coccus mucosus and spirochetes were completely eliminated from throat exanimations. Cervical lymphadenopathy responded well to X-ray treat-ments. The patient made a full recovery.
