The author qsuestions the validity of establish-ed time-difference Theoryi and propose a new concept which is calld a three dimensional sub-jective, auditory localizalton of sound. They further compare the graphsablained by this me-thod with continuous ascent of tone on the one hand and wiht these of sight, hearling, tactsen-sation, monolateral hearing, and bilateral hear-ing more over, as the axis of the cochleas are situated at an angle of 90 degree with leach other, whose virtual Vertex is pointed posteriors and si-ighte belou the horizontal plane, and the basilar membrantn form a spiral, these anatonmical pa-rliculars are suggestive of relations to the curve of subjcthoe auditory localizatoin of souud.

It is stated, that, by observations on discassed cases, subjective aditory direction appeared to be dependent upon function of cerebral centers, of which the innerear also play a goodly part; but, external and midsille ear are not concerned wi-th it at all.
