寄生虫症と咽喉知覺異常

私共は咽喉頭の知覺異常，例えば異和感，異物感．不快感，或は狹窄感を訴えて訪れる患者で，咽喉頭にさしたる所見の發見することの出來ない場合が尠くない。殊に内科醫より寄生虫による咽喉頭知覺異常であろうとして，私共のもとへ紹介され，その診療を依頼されるのであるが，主訴に相應する臨床的所見も認め得ず，結局咽喉頭神經症として片附ける機會も多いのである

　かかる患者に於ける知覺異常は果して寄生虫に起因するものか，否か，臨床的觀察のみを以て解明することは勿論困難と思われるが，私共は最近内科醫より寄生虫による咽喉頭知覺異常であろうとして送られた患者を觀察し，2,3の知見を得，更に寄生虫症の患者について，本問題の検索を行つたので，ここに報告し，今後の資料に供したいと思う。

TOYODA and associatis, suspecting intest-inal Parasites as possible cause for complaints which are described by many patients as abnormal sensa ions felt in the pharynx and larynx, ex imined a large group of people affe-cted w.th belminthic infections. No abnormality was recognized in the larynx or pharynt by di-rect exami ation; few ponts of interest were noted by esophagoscopy but, whether or not, they were due to presence of parasites co uld not be determined. It was found that la yngo-pharygea complaint to be one of the outstanding symptcms which are crucial for dignosis of the condition. But, a clinical proof of asnch a s ate is yet to be attain d which mu-st await the result of further investigations.
