I．はじめに
脳腫瘍の鑑別診断においてthallium-201 single photon emission tomography（T1-201 SPECT）の有用性が報告されているが3），頭蓋内血管腫のT1-201 SPECT所見の報告は少なく評価が定まっていない．今回，われわれは病理学的に確定された2症例とMRI所見から血管腫と思われる1例のT1-201 SPECT所見を得たので文献的考察を含めて報告する．
We herein describe thallium-201 single photon emission tomography (T1-201 SPECT) findings in three cases with intracranial angioma. One of the lesions which was associated with chronic encapsulated in-tracerebral hematoma showed moderate accumulation of T1-201, but, others demonstrated no accumula-tion. The usefulness and limitations of T1-201 SPECT in differential diagnosis of intracranial mass lesions are discussed.
