Oligodendrogliomaの免疫組織化学的検索と臨床像について

Clinicopathological Study of Oligodendroglioma with Special Reference to Immunohistochemical Investigation

I．はじめに

　Oligodendrogliomaの病理組織像はBailey and　Cushingによって報告されて以来，円形の核を有する細胞からなり，その細胞の核周囲の胞体は明るく抜けていわゆるperinuclear haloを持つ細胞となりhoney—combed appearanceで特徴づけられている．しかし，最近，本腫瘍の細胞構成および，臨床病理像について議論されるようになった^1,12,15）。超微像については氷室など多数の報告があるが^6,13,25），その記載は一定していない，同様に，免疫組織化学的検索も次第に行われてきたがその結果はまだ，まちまちである^{7,11,17,23）}．

　われわれは従来の組織学的方法と免疫組織化学的方法によりOligodendrogliomaを再検討し臨床像との関係を調べたので報告する．

The present study was undertaken to evaluate the utility of pathologic features and specific immunohis-tochemical studies in estimating the prognosis of oh-godenclroglioma.

The pathological diagnosis of an oligodendroglioma was made on HE stained-sections according to WHO classification.
