I.はじめに
診断技術の進歩に伴い硬膜動静脈奇形に関して多くの報告が見られるが1,5,7,9,11,15),病理組織学的所見を呈示した報告は極く少数で,その本態に関しては今なお一定の見解が得られていない4,12,13,19,21).今回われわれは,重症頭部外傷後9年を経て頭蓋内血腫にて発症し,硬膜動静脈奇形様所見を呈した1例を経験したので病理組織学的所見を呈示するとともに,硬膜動静脈奇形と関連して文献的考察を加え報告する.
A case of posttraumatic vascular abnormality similar to dural arteriovenous malformation is reported.
A 21-year-old man was injured in the traffic accident and admitted to our hospital with comatose state. Bilateral carotid angiograms revealed no abnormal findings. Then, he was treated conservatively as a diagnosis of cerebral contusion.
Nine years after the initial admission, he was fallen into comatose state suddenly and admitted to a local hospital. On the next day, he was transfered to our hospital. Neurological examination disclosed comatose state, right oculomotor palsy, and left hemi-paresis.
