Oxygenation at high pressure (OHP) is said to beone ofthe hopeful treatment for restoration of ischemicbrains, caused by occlusive cerebrovascular disease. However, factors contributing to preferable outcome followingOHPhas not been sufficiently clarified so far.

Therefore, this study was undertaken to find outthe factorsrelated to good outcome following OHP by reviewing22cases with occlusive cerebrovascular disease whoweretreated by OHP.
