全身こむら返り病患者の胃内視鏡所見

Gastroscopic findings of a patient with recurrent muscle spasm of central origin (Satoyoshi)

　全身こむら返り症（里吉^1））の患者では，全身各部位の筋肉痛を伴う痙攣以外に，胃・小腸・大腸にわたる消化器症状が持続していることが多く，里吉教授が述べたように，2剖検例においていずれも消化管粘膜のポリポージス様の肉眼的および組織学的所見が得られているという^2）。

　ここに呈示する1症例は，現在入院経過観察中の患者であるが，まさに本症の主要症状を具備しており，X線検査では確診し得なかったが，胃および十二指腸内視鏡検査において，本症に特異的と思われる粘膜所見を見出したので報告する。

A female patient, aged 25 years, who had been admitted at 7 of age to a hospital for half and one month as acute nephritis with the beginning of intermittent cramps of left shoulder muscles. Since then, recurrent localized muscle cramps in the face, neck, shoulder, trunks, arms and legs with severe pain complained periodically or inter-mittent to now. She was a complete baldness since 8 of age and had frequent steatorrhoes and other gastrointestinal symptoms.
