胃癌原発の転移性精巣腫瘍

METASTATIC TESTICULAR TUMOR FROM GASTRIC CANCER

　72歳，男性。左精巣の無痛性腫脹を主訴に来院した。左精巣腫瘍の診断のもとに左高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理組織診断の結果は中分化型腺癌であった。食欲不振や貧血も認めたので消化管の精査を行ったところ，胃癌が発見された。生検の結果は同様に中分化型腺癌であった。したがって，本症例は胃癌原発の精巣転移と考えられた。

A 72 year-old male patient visited our hospital with painless swelling of the left testis and anorexia. Severe anemia was noted by laboratory examination. Left high orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of left testicular tumor. Pathological examination showed mod-erately differentiated adenocarcinoma. Gastric fiber-scopy revealed Borrman 3 type gastric cancer and patho-logical finding was similar to the lesion of the testis. So, it was concluded the testicular tumor was metastasis from gastric cancer.
