83歳，男性。右側腹部腫瘤と呼吸困難を主訴に来院。2年前，胃癌のため手術を受けていた。腹部CTにて，右後腹膜腔を占拠する腫瘤を認めた。他に明らかな転移は認めなかった。腎摘除の適応とはならず，治療方針決定のため右腎腫瘤に対し経皮的針生検を行った。病理所見にて胃癌の腎転移と診断した。

An 83-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with the complaint of dyspnea and right lateral abdominal mass. Two years earlier,the patient had undergone the surgery for stomach cancer（poorly differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma,pT₃）. Abdominal CT showed an irregularly surfaced and slightly enhanced mass which occupied the right retroperitoneal space. Percutaneous needle biopsy of the right renal mass revealed renal metastasis from the stomach cancer. He died 3months after the biopsy in spite of chemotherapy（CDDP and 5FU）. To our knowledge,present case is the 6th clinical report of a metastatic renal tumor originating from stomach cancer in the Japanese literature.
