横行結腸癌の精巣転移

A CASE OF METASTATIC TESTICULAR TUMOR FROM CANCER OF TRANSVERSE COLON

　25歳の男性。18か月前に横行結腸癌の診断で左半結腸切除術を受け，明らかな再発はなかった。無痛性右精巣腫脹を主訴に受診し，右精巣腫瘍の診断で高位精巣摘除術を施行した。病理診断は高分化型腺癌であり．横行結腸癌の精巣転移と考えられた。自験例は結腸・直腸原発の転移性陰嚢内腫瘍として本邦10例目である。

A 25-year-old male patient was admitted with the chief complaint of painless tumor in the right testis. He had a history of hemicolectomy for transverse colon cancer 18 months ago. As the tumor was suspected of neoplastic lesion, right radical inguinal orchiectomy was carried out. Histological examination showed metastatic adenocar-cinoma of transverse colon cancer. Ten-cases of metas-tatic tumors from colon and rectum cancer to the intra-scrotal contents in the literature are reviewed and dis-cussed.
