　2歳1ヵ月男児．右副腎原発の神経芽細胞腫にて原発巣摘除し化学療法中であったが，両側陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴に当科を受診．触診および超音波検査にて両側性の精巣腫瘍があり神経芽細胞腫からの転移と考え，両側とも高位精巣摘除を施行した．神経芽細胞腫の精巣転移は非常に稀である．

The case is a 2-year and 1-month-old male child, who was examined for bilateral tumor mass of testis while receiving chemotherapy following primary tumor resection for right adrenogenic neuroblastoma. Palpation and ultrasonograhy revealed bilateral testicular tumors, which were supposed to be metastatic from the neuroblastoma. Tumors were resected through bilateral high orchiectomy. Testicular metastasis from neuroblastoma is very rare.
