鼠径部島状皮弁で陰嚢形成したフルニエ壊疽

FOURNIER'S GANGRENE TREATED WITE SCROTAL PLASTY USING AN ISLAND FLAP : A CASE REPORT

　症例は42歳，男性。主訴は陰嚢部の腫脹と発熱。アルコール依存症による肝機能障害が誘因となったフルニエ壊疽と診断し，ただちに全身の抗生剤投与とデブリードマンを施行した。さらに，フルニエ壊疽による広範囲な陰嚢部の皮膚欠損に対しては鼠径部島状皮弁を用いた形成術を行った。

A 42-year-old man with a history of alcoholism was admitted to our department complaining of scrotal swell-ing and high fever. According to clinical and radiological findings, the diagnosis of Fournier's gangrene was made. Antibiotic chemotherapy and surgical debridment were immediately performed. After the patient's general condi-tion had been improved, a wide defect of the scrotal skin was successfully covered by an island skin flap based on the superficial circumflex iliac artery.
