高齢で初診した膀胱外反症

A CASE OF BLADDER EXSTROPHY PRESENTING AT AGE 81 YEARS

　81歳，男性。生下時より下腹部腹壁の欠損，膀胱粘膜の外反が存在したが，無治療放置。胃癌による腎後性腎不全を生じた後，両側の腎瘻造設術によって腎機能が回復した。81歳の膀胱外反症は本邦最高齢である。

A 81-year-old male who had bladder exstrophy was reported.Examination revealed postrenal failure caused by gastric cancer.But renal function recovered after bilateral nephrostomies were performed.This case was the oldest reported in Japan who had no therapy for bladder exstrophy and urinary infection.
