絨毛腺腫は腸管に発生することが多く，膀胱に発生することはきわめて稀である。75歳男性の膀胱移行上皮癌に対するTURBTとBCG膀胱内注入後5か月で発生した膀胱絨毛腺腫の1例を報告する。
Villous adenomas commonly occur in the gastrointesti-nal tract, and the occurrence in the urinary bladder isvery rare. We present a case (75-year-old male) of vesi-cal villous adenoma occurred after TURBT andintravesical instillation of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin(BCG) for the treatment of transitional cell carcinma ofthe bladder.
