下部尿路原発悪性リンパ腫の2例

Primary malignant lymphoma arised from lower urinary tract:A report of 2 cases

　膀胱と前立腺にそれぞれ原発するnon-Hodgkin悪性リンパ腫を報告する。症例1は74歳女性，肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診し，膀胱腫瘍を指摘され，経尿道的腫瘍生検で悪性リンパ腫と診断された。CHOP療法を施行され，CRを得た。症例2は74歳男性，排尿困難を主訴に受診し，超音波検査にて異常を認めたため，経直腸的前立腺生検を施行され，悪性リンパ腫と診断された。CHOP療法と放射線治療を施行し，CRを得た。どちらの症例も現在まで再発の兆候を認めない。

Cases 1; a 74-year-old woman was admitted with thechief complaint of genitourinary bleeding. Cystoscopydemonstrated a non-papillary, broad-based tumor onthe left lateral wall of the bladder. Transurethral biopsywas performed and obtained the pathological diagnosisof non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma, diffuse, mediumsized lymphocytic, B cell type. Further examinations didnot reveal any mass lesion other than the bladdertumor. Case 2;a 74-year-old man was admitted withthe chief complaint of dysuria. Before admission, he hadbeen diagnosed as malignant lymphoma by transrectalprostatic biopsy.
