　57歳，女性の右腎に発生した傍糸球体細胞腫の1例を報告する。6年前から経過観察されていた高血圧症の精査を行つた。血中レニン値の上昇があり，CT,MRIで右腎に直径2cmの腫瘍が認められた。レニン産生腫瘍の診断で腎摘出術を施行し，組織学的に傍糸球体細胞腫と診断された。術後，血圧と血中レニン値は正常化した。

A case of a juxtaglomerular cell tumor in a 57-year-oldwoman is reported. She was admitted for investigationof hypertension of 8 years'duration. On laboratoryexamination, serum renin activity was elevated. CT andMRI revealed a solid tumor, 2cm in diameter, in theright kidney. Renin secreting renal tumor was diag-nosed and right nephrectomy was performed. Pathologi-cal findings showed a juxtaglomerular cell tumor. Post-operatively, blood pressure and plasma renin activityreturned to normal.
