囊胞変性を伴った腎オンコサイトーマ

A case of renal oncocytonma with cystic change

56歳，女性。左乳癌加療中に，左囊胞性腎腫瘍が偶然発見され受診。腹部CT検査にて左腎下極に血流豊富な，直径6cmの囊胞性腎腫瘍を認めた。腎細胞癌の診断にて，根治的腎摘除術を施行した。囊胞内面はマホガニーブラウン色で内溶液は茶褐色であった。組織検査にて囊胞変性を伴った腎オンコサイトーマと診断された。

A 56-years-old female was incidentally found to have a renal cystic mass while being treated with the breast cancer. Abdominal computerized tomography（CT）showed a hypervascular cystic tumor 6cm in diameter of the lower pole of left kidney. She underwent radical nephrectomy under the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. The internal surface of the cyst was mahogany brown and contained brown fluid. The pathological diagnosis was renal oncocytoma with cystic change.
