結節性精巣周囲炎の1例

Nodular periorchitis:A case report

　患者は34歳，男性。右陰嚢内腫瘤を主訴として当科を受診した。手術にて，精巣固有鞘膜に固着する，白色で表面平滑な5〜15mmの結節性病変を切除した。病理組織学的所見では結節性精巣周囲炎であった。結節性精巣周囲炎は精巣鞘膜に発生する多発性結節性腫瘤で、その原因は不明である。本邦での報告は4例目と考えられる。

A 34-year-old male presented complaining right scrotal swelling. Six nodules 5 to 15 mm in diameter, white and hard were in testicular tunica vaginalis. Microscopically each nodule was composed of concentric lamellae of col-lagen bundules around the blood vessels. Histologically nodules were thought to be nodular periorchitis. This seems to be the 4th case reported in Japan.
