　症例は72歳，男性。前立腺癌治療中に右半身麻痺を訴え，頭部CTで左頭頂葉付近に3×3cmの腫瘤とその周囲の脳浮腫像を認めた。前立腺癌頭蓋内転移も否定できず、腫瘍摘出術を施行した。病理組織診断は前立腺癌脳硬膜転移であった。術後全脳照射療法を施行し、腫瘍摘出後4か月経過した現在，頭蓋内に再発なく，外来にて経過観察中である。

A 72-year-old man presented suffering from the right hemiparesis during the treatment for the prostate can-cer of about 2 years' duration. Brain CT showed a mass lesion with brain edema in the left parietal lobe, suggest-ing the metastatic tumor from the prostate cancer. Tumorectomy was performed and the histopathological diagnosis was dural metastasis of prostate cancer. Radia-tion therapy was carried out and patient has been with-out intracranial recurrence for 4 months after the opera-tion.
