今回我々は，クローン病の膀胱回腸瘻から膀胱に炎症性偽腫瘍をきたした2例を経験したので報告する。症例1：17歳，女性。回腸部分切除，膀胱部分切除を行った。症例2：31歳，女性。内科的治療にて経過観察中である。いずれも経過は良好である。
We report 2 cases of inflammatory pseudotumor of the urinary bladder as a result of ileovesical fistula due to Crohn's disease observed in two women. One case is 17 years old who treated with partial ileotomy and partial cystectomy. The other case is 31 years old treated with medical treatment. The patient's post-therapeutic course has been satisfactory.
