後部尿道より発生した内反性乳頭腫の1例

A Case of Inverted Papilloma of the Posterior Urethra

　症例は60歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診した。尿道鏡にて後部尿道から発生した腫瘍を認め，経尿道的に切除術を施行した。病理学的に内反性乳頭腫と診断された。従来，内反性乳頭腫は良性腫瘍であるとされてきたが，近年は再発例の報告も多くみられ，厳重な経過観察が必要であると考えられる。

A 60-year-old man consulted our hospital complaining macroscopic hematuria.Urethroscopy showed a papillary tumor at the posterior urethra. Pelvic CT scan and ultra-sonogram revealed a tumor arising from the prostate to the urinary bladder. We performed transurethral resection of the tumor. Histopathological examination showed in-verted papil-loma.This is the 28th case of inverted papil-loma of the posterior urethra in Japanese literature.
