　29歳，男性。左側陰嚢内容無痛性腫脹を主訴に初診し，右精巣にも一部に硬結を認め，両側精巣腫瘍と診断した。両側摘出術は患者の同意が得られず，左側のみ高位精巣摘除術を施行した。組織型は複合型精巣腫瘍で，stage Iであった。術後40日頃に右陰嚢内容が急速に腫大したので，患者の同意のもと右高位精巣摘除術を施行したが，左側と同組織型でstage Iであった。現在のところ癌はなく，生存中である。本症例は同時発見，左右同組織型の両側精巣腫瘍としては本邦36例目であり，両側精巣非セミノーマとしては本邦6例目であった。

Bilateral synchronous non-seminomatous germ cell tumor (NSGCT) are very rare. A case of bilateral synchronous NSGCT of the testis in a 29-year-old patient is reported. He underwent bilateral high-ligated orchiectomy. Histologi-cal examination of resected both testis revealed embryonal carcinoma, yolk sac tumor, teratoma and syncytiotropho-blastic giant cells. Postoperative three course chemotherapy comprising etoposide and cisplatin was perfomed and the patient is alive and disease free. Including our case, a total of 6 case of bilateral synchronous NSGCT of the testis in the Japanese literature are reviewed.
