今回筆者らは，飲酒後外傷による外陰部剥皮症に対し局所麻酔下にて形成術を施行し，良好な成績をみた1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。
Adrunken 60-year-01d man,while urinating fell down andhis external genitalia was caught by the wall. Pulling outforcedly from the wall,the skin of the external genitaliawas peeled off with his right testis out of scrotum.Recon-struction of the skin was performed under topical anesthesiaand got a good result.
