シルデナフィルが有効であった去勢による勃起障害

A Case of Erectile Dysfunction Caused by Castration Successfully Treated by Oral Sildenafil

　症例は67歳，男性で，高分化前立腺癌と診断された。LH-RHアゴニストによる内科的去勢により勃起障害が生じた。経口シルデナフィルの使用により性交が再び可能となった。症例によっては，シルデナフィルは去勢により生じた勃起障害に対しても有効であることが示唆された。

A 67-year-old man was diagnosed as well differentiated adenocarcinoma of the prostate. Medical castration by LH-RH agonist caused erectile dysfunction. Erectile function has recovered by oral sildenafil. Our case suggests that sildenafil may be useful for the erectile dysfunction caused by castration in some cases.
