尿道膜様部の前立腺上皮性ポリープ

A Case Report of Adenomatous Polyp with Prostatic Type Epithelium in the Urethra

　症例は53歳，男性。尿道出血を主訴に当科を受診した。尿道鏡にて尿道膜様部に乳頭状腫瘤を認めたため，経尿道的腫瘤切除術を施行した。腫瘤切除には，外尿道括約筋の損傷を避けるために上部消化管用のスネアを用いた。病理診断は，前立腺上皮性ポリープであった。術後20か月を経過した現在，再発を認めていない。

A 53-year-old man was admitted because of urethral bleed-ing. A papillary mass was observed by urethroscopy atmembranous urethra. Transurethral resection of the ure-thral mass was performed with a snare device for digestivetract use, because of protecting the injury of externalsphincter of urethra. Pathologic diagnosis was adenomatouspolyp with prostatic type epithelium. The patient is disease-free 20 months after surgery.
