尿道の前立腺上皮性ポリープの1例

A CASE OF BENIGN POLYP WITH PROSTATIC-LIKE EPITHELIUM OF THE URETHRA

　50歳，男性。数回の肉眼的血尿と凝血による尿閉を起こしている。各種X線学的検査や膀胱鏡検査にて，出血部位は不明であった。今回入院時，患者は射精後肉眼的血尿となることが多く，血精液症も認めたと述べた。膀胱尿道鏡検査を再施行すると，精丘左側に米粒大のポリープ様病変を認めたため，これを生検後電気凝固した。組織学的には前立腺上皮性ポリープと診断された。術後，射精後も血尿は出現せず，血精液症も見られていない。

A 50-year-old male patient consulted our clinic complaining of gross hematuria and urinary reten-tion.Two years ago,he had the same symptoms and was hospitalized,however,several X-ray examinations and cystoscopy failed to disclose any bleeding disorders.This time he stated that the gross hematuria had a tendency to appear after ejaculations and also hemospermia was present.Repeated cystourethroscopy showed the polypoid lesion at the left of the vermontanum, which was biopsied and coagulated.
