前立腺部尿道の上皮性ポリープは比較的稀な疾患である。われわれは再発を認めた1例を含む5例を経験したので臨床的検討を加えた。前立腺特異抗原による染色は全例陽性であつた。上皮性ポリープの再発は本邦第1例目であつた。
Epithelial polyp rarely occures in the prostatic urethra. And no recurrent polyp has been reported in the Japanese literature. We herein report five cases of the disease which were localised in the prostatic urethra and presented prostatic specific antigen, including the first case with recurrence.
