膀胱過誤腫

Hamartoma of the Urinary Bladder:A Case Report

　18歳，男性。主訴は顕微鏡的血尿。膀胱鏡および経尿道的膀胱エコーにて膀胱前壁に約2cm大のポリープ状腫瘍を認めた。膀胱部MRIにて筋層浸潤が疑われたので，膀胱部分切除術を施行した。病理診断は膀胱過誤腫で，術後に再発，転移の兆候を認めていない。本症例の報告はきわめて少なく，自験例は本邦3例目と思われる。

A 18-year-old man presented with microscopic hematuria.Cystoscopy and ultrasonography disclosed a medium-sizedpolypoid tumor at the anterior wall. Magnetic resonanceimaging (MRI) suspected a musale-invasion and partialcystectomy was performed.Pathological examinationshowed hamartoma of the bladder. There has been noevidence of metastasis or recurrence for 12 months. Thisis the third case reported in the Japanese literature.
