成人に発生した成熟型後腹膜奇形腫

A Case of Retroperitoneal Teratoma in an Adult

　症例は17歳の女性。腹部超音波検査で右腎上方に石灰化を伴う径10cm大の腫瘤性病変が指摘され，当科へ紹介となった。腹部CTおよびMRI検査にて骨様陰影や脂肪成分などが認められ，後腹膜奇形腫が最も疑われた。腫瘍摘出術を施行し，病理組織学的には悪性の所見はなく，成熟型奇形腫と診断された。

A 17-year-old female was referred to our clinic because of a large suprarenal mass found incidentally during the course of the evaluation for hepatitis. Radiological examina-tions revealed a 10 cm solid mass above the right kidney with thick marginal calcification superiorly and fat density in its remaining portion. The mass was excised together with the right adrenal gland. Pathological diagnosis was retroperitoneal teratoma.
