20歳，女性．主訴は左側腹部痛．X線学的検査では石灰化陰影，嚢胞様所見をともなった径6cmの腫瘍が左腎上部に認められ，後腹膜奇形腫の診断にて腫瘍摘出術を施行した．病理学的所見では，内・中・外胚葉の3成分が混在する良性後腹膜奇形腫の診断であった．
A 20-year-old female presented with the chief complaint of left flank pain. X-ray examinations revealed a tumor of 6 cm in size with calcification and cystic change in the left hypochondrium. Under the diagnosis of retroperitoneal teratoma, the tumor was removed surgically. Pathologic examination of the tumor revealed a mature teratoma consisted of all three germ layers.
