腎悪性リンパ腫の1例

Renal Lymphoma:A Case Report

　64歳，男性。食思不振と体重減少を主訴に来院した。CTにて右腎上極に5cm大の腫瘤と両肺の多発性腫瘤を認め，肺転移を伴う腎細胞癌を疑い，右腎摘出術を施行した。腫瘤の病理組織診断は非ホジキンリンパ腫，び漫性小細胞型（形質細胞様細胞亜型）であった。腎原発が疑われたが，断定はできなかった。

A 64-year-old man presented with complaints of anorexia and weight loss. CT scan exhibited a mass, 5 cm in size, in the upper pole of the right kidney and multiple nodules in the lungs. Although the preoperative diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma, the histologic examination of the removed kidney showed a malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, which was further classified as diffuse, small cell type of plasmocytoid subtype. We thought that the present lym-phoma primarily occurred in the right kidney.
