腎悪性リンパ腫の1例

A CASE OF RENAL MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA

　症例は64歳，女性。上腹部痛を主訴に近医で受診し，腹部エコーとCTで右腎腫瘍が疑われ当科を紹介された。⁶⁷Gaシンチグラムおよび経皮的針生検と骨髄穿刺の結果，腎周囲を原発とした腎悪性リンパ腫（stage Ⅳ）と診断。cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristin，predonisoloneの4者併用化学療法（CHOP療法）を6コース施行し完全寛解を得た。本例はわが国の文献上49例目の腎悪性リンパ腫である。

A 64-year-old woman with a chief complaint of upper abdominal pain was revealed to have a left renal tumor by abdominal ultrasonography and computed tomogra-phy. The tumor was diagnosed as renal malignant lymphoma (stage Ⅳ) by ⁶⁷Ga scintigram, percutaneous needle biopsy and bone marrow puncture. Six courses of CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristin, predonisolone) chemotherapy were performed resulting unconfirmed complete response (CR [u]). This is the case of 49th renal malignant lymphoma in the Japanese literature.
