膀胱巨細胞腫の1例

A CASE OF GIANT CELL TUMOR OF THE URINARY BLADDER

　膀胱に原発し，上皮性悪性腫瘍を合併しない良性巨細胞腫の1例を経験した。症例は75歳の女性で，無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診した。膀胱鏡にて多数の膀胱憩室ならびに非乳頭状有茎性の膀胱腫瘤と診断され，経尿道的切除が施行された。腫瘍は多数の多核巨細胞と間質細胞で形成され，病理組織学的には骨巨細胞腫と同一であった。

We report a case of primary benign giant cell tumor of urinary bladder without other epithelial malignant tumors. A 75-year-old woman was referred to our hospital for investigation of asymptomatic total grosshematuria. Cystscopy revealed multiple diverticulum and nonpapil-lary peduncular tumor which was subsequently removed by transurethral resection. The resected specimen was composed of mononuclear stromal cells and multinu-cleated giant cells and was morphologically identical to giant cell tumor of the bone.
