透析腎に発生した乳頭状腺腫を伴う腎細胞癌

A case of renal cell carcinoma associated with renal tubulopapillary adenoma in hemodialysis patient

　症例は67歳，男性。3年4か月の血液透析歴がある。定期検診で腹部超音波検査上，左腎腫瘤を指摘され当科を受診した。腎細胞癌の多発例と診断し，根治的左腎摘除術を施行した。検体には腎下極に42mm大の腎細胞癌（淡明細胞癌）と上極に12mm大の管状乳頭状腺腫を認めた。術後6か月で再発・転移を認めていない。

　A 67-year-old-male with chronic renal failure had been on a hemodialysis treatment for 3 years and 4 months.He presented with a left renal mass incidentally detected on abdominal ultrasound examination.The T2-weighted MRI demonstrated a hyperintense mass at the lower pole and a hypointense mass at the upper pole respectively.They were diagnosed as renal cell carcinomas and left radical nephrectomy was performed.Histopathological diagnoses of the specimen were renal cell carcinoma and renal tubulopapillary adenoma respectively.
