60歳，女性。外尿道口部の有痛性腫瘤を主訴に来院。結石を含んだ傍尿道嚢胞の診断で摘除術を施行した。嚢胞内部に直径7mmの結石を1個認めた。組織学的に嚢胞の内壁は重層扁平上皮であった。結石成分は燐酸カルシウムと酸性尿酸アンモニウムの混合結石であった。
A 60-year-old woman presented with a tender mass at the urethral meatus. Examination confirmed a hard para-urethral cyst 1 cm in diameter. Plain film of the pelvis revealed a stone under the margin of the symphysis pubis. The cyst was excised under local anesthesia. It contained a stone 7 mm in diameter. Histological exami-nation of the cyst showed a lining of squamous epith-elium. The stone was composed of calcium phosphate and ammonium urate.
