ケイ酸結石の1例

Silicate Urolithiasis:A Case Report

　患者は32歳，女性。左下腹部痛を主訴に来院した。左尿管結石と診断し，保存的治療にて排石した。結石分析ではケイ酸結石であり，自験例は本邦32例目に相当すると思われる。

A 32-year-old female with the chief compraint of left flankpain was found to have a left ureteral stone. in the eveningof her first visit, a small stone was spontaneously passedand the symptom disappeared. Anahysis of the stonerevealed silicate calculus. She had no history of takingmagnesium trisilicate. This seems to be the 32nd case ofsilicate urolithiasis reported in Japan.
