　62歳，男性．1976年膀胱癌にて膀胱全摘除術および回腸導管造設術を行った．1989年9月9日尿路単純撮影，IVPにて回腸導管内に10×13mmと10×15mmの2個の結石を認めた．硬性腎盂鏡を用いた超音波結石破砕術により完全摘出し，残石を認めなかった．結石成分は蓚酸カルシウム，燐酸カルシウムであった．我々が調べた限りでは，回腸導管内結石に対する内視鏡的手術の本邦報告第1例目と思われた．

A 62-year-old man who had underwent total cystectomy and bilateral ureteroileocutaneous anastomosis in 1976 for carcinoma of the bladder was diagnosed as having two stones (10×13 mm and 10×15 mm) in the ileal conduit at KUB and IVP 13 years later. Then ultrasonic destruction of the stones was performed with rigid nephroscope and a postoperative KUB demonstrated no residual stone. Analysis of the stones revealed calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate. This is the first case of stone formation in an ileal conduit reported in Japanese literature.
