顆粒球コロニー刺激因子（G-CSF）産生膀胱癌の1例

GRANULOCYTE COLONY-STIMULATING FACTOR (G-CSF) PRODUCING BLADDER TUMOR: A CASE REPORT

　67歳，女性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診した。膀胱に大きな腫瘍を認め，膀胱全摘除術と回腸導管造設術を施行した。病理組織診断は扁平上皮癌であった。術前に末梢血白血球数の増加と血清G-CSF濃度の上昇が認められ，術後にはこれらが正常化した。本症例は，本邦13例目のG-CSF産生膀胱癌と思われる。

A 67-year-old female prerented complaining of gross hematuria. Cystoscopy, IVP and CT demonstrated a large bladder tumor. Total cystectomy and construction of ileal conduit was performed. Histological diagnosis of the tumor was squamous cell carcinoma. Preoperatively her WBC count in the periheral blood and serum G-CSF concentration were elevated. After surgery these values became normal. This is the 13th reported case of G-CSF producing bladder tumor in Japan.
