　44歳，女性。交通外傷による骨盤骨折のため全尿失禁となった。内服治療に反応しないため，下腹部の自家脂肪を用いた傍尿道注入療法を3回行ったところ，蓄尿機能の改善をみた。

A 44-year-old woman was referred with total incontinence resulting from a previous pelvic fracture. Cystourethrog-raphy showed no urethral hypermobility or extravasation. This finding indicated that her incontinence was caused by sphincteric injury. Three periurethral autologous fat injections were performed under spinal anesthesia at 3-month intervals. The fat was harvested from the lower abdominal wall with a 14 gauge needle.
